How to shop at the Kerychip.com webshop:
To make a purchase on the webshop, go through 5 steps.
1. Find the item (s) you want and put them in the shopping cart and then check the box.
2. Enter your personal information
3. Select shipping and payment method.
4. Accept our terms of business.
5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase.
You can always retrieve your orders by logging in to your user profile if you have created one.
Prices and payment
All prices are including VAT in DKK. You enter your card information through a secure and trusted connection managed by NETS (former PBS).

We provide discounts to all customers in the form of different campaigns. If there is a discount on an item, the discount will already be deducted from the price shown on the site. This follows current guidelines from the Consumer Ombudsman.
Shipping in Denmark
Freight rates valid from 26.01.2017:
Goods ordered for shipment in Denmark are shipped with Post Danmark. Large packages or pallets are shipped with other freight companies.
It is our goal to deliver all goods in Europe within 5 days. You receive an email or text message, with track and trace information when your order is shipped.
Your order will only be shipped when it is collected. In cases where the product is out of stock, it means we wait for all the items ordered to arrive at our warehouse before we ship the order. However, a maximum of 7 days after which the goods available are shipped and the remaining will be sent at a later date. Therefore, it may be faster for you to make separate orders for items that have not yet been delivered or have unknown delivery times.We will send you a message by email when your order is shipped.
For addresses abroad, we will send your order with Post Danmark, Blue Water Shipping or your partner.
Your order will be shipped within 1-10 business days, unless otherwise stated by the order / order confirmation. However, longer delivery times may be expected in certain countries.
As a consumer, you have 14 days of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or you receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
If the item consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you receive the last lot or the last part of physical possession.
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +45 41674467. In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can not regret just refusing the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.
You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs for the return of the goods. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
Certain goods can not, by their nature, be returned by normal mail. This applies to: large solar modules and batteries.
The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.
If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you make purchases on the webshop we collect a number of personal information about you. The information we register is:
First and last name, address information, e-mail address, mobile phone. number and which products you buy. We also register if you have stated that you as a customer are an individual, business or student. The information is not encrypted, nor is it transmitted in encrypted form.
Credit card information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information.
The personal information we use to dispatch your order and stored for accounting purposes information for a period of 5 years from your last purchase.
If you have chosen to receive our newsletter, we will also use your information for sending the newsletter. In that case, we will keep the information about you until you receive the receipt of the newsletter, but at least 5 years from your last purchase.
