Description
The SelfChill Kit Cold Room 20 is an independent solar-powered cooling system that can be used in many different ways. In the 20m³ large cold room, food, agricultural products, seeds and the like can be cooled down to 6°C. The system is based on the SelfChill concept, in which the cold is generated by the solar-powered SelfChill cooling units and stored in the WaterChiller, an ice reservoir. This ensures efficient cold transfer and low losses. The adaptive control unit en-sures optimal cold utilization. A heat exchanger and a thermostat ensure the cold transfer and distribution to the cold storage room. With the solar-powered cold room, different products can be reliably cooled independently of any infra-structure using only the energy of the sun.
